Processing Times

Custom wig units may take up to 25 business days for processing and creation.

Bundles and closures generally ship sooner, with a processing time of 5-7 days. Please note, this timeframe does not include actual shipping time.

Delivery

Once shipped, orders typically take 3–4 business days to arrive, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as Essence de Luxe Extensions has no control over local customs policies.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a notice card. Orders will not be delivered on public holidays in your region, so expect delivery on the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Essence de Luxe Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier, especially if delivery instructions were provided.

If your tracking shows no movement or delay beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly.
