Shipping policy
Processing Times
Custom wig units may take up to 25 business days for processing and creation.
Bundles and closures generally ship sooner, with a processing time of 5-7 days. Please note, this timeframe does not include actual shipping time.
Delivery
Once shipped, orders typically take 3–4 business days to arrive, depending on your location. A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, as Khrome Raw Extensions has no control over local customs policies.
Missed Deliveries
If you are unavailable during delivery, the courier will leave a notice card. Orders will not be delivered on public holidays in your region, so expect delivery on the next business day.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Khrome Raw Extensions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the courier, especially if delivery instructions were provided.
If your tracking shows no movement or delay beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact the carrier directly.
Returns & Refunds
At Khrome Raw Extensions, the health and safety of our clients are our top priority. For this reason, all wig unit sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic standards.
Returns are only accepted on bundles and closures that arrive damaged or defective, and this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. After 24 hours, we are unable to honor any claims.
Eligible items must be:
In their original condition
Unworn, unused, and unaltered
Returned in their original packaging with the security seal intact
Any bundles or closures where the seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance.
Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for the shipping costs of their return or exchange. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to avoid lost packages, as Khrome Raw Extensions is not liable for items lost in transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us within 24 hours of purchase at: khromehairlabel@gmail.com
We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
Entered the Wrong Email?
We know mistakes happen! If you accidentally entered the wrong email at checkout, don’t worry — just reach out to us within 24 hours with the correct email address. This will make sure you receive your order confirmation, shipping details, and any important updates about your purchase.
If we don’t hear from you within that time, we may not be able to update your contact information, and you could miss out on important order updates.
