Returns & Refunds

At Essence de Luxe Extensions, the health and safety of our clients are our top priority. For this reason, all wig unit sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded due to hygienic standards.

Returns are only accepted on bundles and closures that arrive damaged or defective, and this must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your package. After 24 hours, we are unable to honor any claims.

Eligible items must be:

 

  • In their original condition

  • Unworn, unused, and unaltered

  • Returned in their original packaging with the security seal intact

 

Any bundles or closures where the seal has been broken, removed, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or exchange.

 

Custom or special orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstance.


 

Return Shipping

Customers are fully responsible for the shipping costs of their return or exchange. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service to avoid lost packages, as Essence de Luxe Extensions is not liable for items lost in transit.


Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled if they have not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, please email us within 24 hours of purchase at: essencede.luxe.co@gmail.com

We will do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
